The quickest and easiest way to access your eBooks is to find the most recent Order Confirmation email we sent you. If you click on the ordered product within that email, it will take you to the product page on our site, where you will find a link to access the eBooks. The most current password to access the link will also be included in the Order Confirmation email.
After accessing the page on our site, you should see links to access the eBooks (unless the first week's eBook is still in pre-order status, in which case, simply access the page again on the publication date.) Click the link to the DropBox page to view the eBook. Once accessed, you can choose to search for the pets straight from the DropBox page on your electronic device, or you can print the eBook out for a more tangible experience. Both work great!
If you still cannot find the eBooks for any reason, please submit a ticket.
Note: If the DropBox link is failing to work, simply clear your cache and/or switch browsers and devices and try again.
