Why am I unable to login to my account?

In the vast majority of cases, it is because you have not yet made an account. Please keep in mind that placing an order for a subscription does NOT create an account for you on our website (though, of course, you will still receive the texts for access to the eBooks).

In order to create an account on our website, you will need to visit https://www.praisemypet.com/account/register and register an account using the same email that you used when you placed your order on our site.

You can then login (https://www.praisemypet.com/account/login) to make adjustments to your subscription plan. Again though, an account on our website is NOT how you access your eBooks. It is simply for making any desired adjustments to your subscription plan, such as cancelling your subscription access to the eBooks featuring your pet.

If you are having issues creating an account on our site, it could be that you previously have created one and have forgotten. You could try logging in instead of registering, here: https://www.praisemypet.com/account/login

If none of the above is working for you, and you desire to make an adjustment to your subscription plan, please submit a ticket.
