How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime by visiting this link: https://www.praisemypet.com/account/register and creating an account -- just make sure to create an account using the same email address that you used when you originally subscribed to our series.

NOTE: If you have purchased a subscription, that does NOT mean that you already have a registered account. You still need to visit the link and register an account (https://www.praisemypet.com/account/register).

Then, once you are logged into the account that you registered, simply click on the text "Subscription" on the right of the screen, underneath "Account Details." You will now see any and all subscriptions you have made with us. To cancel one, click on the Subscription Number on the left side of the screen. After clicking the subscription number, you'll now see a button that says "Cancel" on the right side of the screen. Simply click that to cancel.

If for some reason you are still having issues registering an account, please submit a ticket, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. We strive to handle all cancellation requests within one business day, though please note that it may take longer, depending on the current volume of inquiries.
